On or about Wednesday, June 11th, 2022, around 11:00 at night, a hit-and-run accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when they were allegedly hit by a vehicle that hopped the curb along UTSA Boulevard. After the initial accident, the vehicle fled the scene. Paramedics transported the pedestrian to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity stemming from the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Interstate 10 on the northwest side of San Antonio.
Police are still looking for the driver and vehicle that fled the scene.
