Details:
On or about Wednesday, October 28th, 2020, around 8:30 in the morning, an accident between a school bus and a car sent one person to the hospital. Authorities said the accident happened at the intersection of Paragon Road and Normandy Ridge Road in Washington Township, Ohio.
Law enforcement spokespeople said that one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when their car was hit by a school bus that allegedly failed to yield at the intersection. One person was taken from the scene and transported to nearby Southview Hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Looking at the intersection where the accident took place on Google Streetview shows that Paragon and Normandy Ridge intersect at a “Y” directly beneath the Interstate 675 overpass. Washington Township is located about 16 miles south of Dayton.
Ohio State Highway Patrol is aiding in the investigation.
