Details:
On or about Wednesday, November 11th, 2020, around 5:50 in the morning, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer sent one man to the hospital. Oregon State Police said the accident took place at the intersection of Highway 99 North and Rogers Road just outside Winchester, Oregon.
Troopers said one as-of-yet unidentified man was injured when his car allegedly collided with an 18-wheeler that may have been turning out of a business or attempting to park. Paramedics transported the driver of the car to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
Google Streetview shows an industrial complex in close proximity to the scene of the accident. Highway 99 is two lanes that run north and south in the area, while Rogers appears to curve over train tracks to intersect Highway 99.
Officials hope to release more information at a later date.
