On or about Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, around 1:45 in the afternoon, an accident between a van and a box truck left a 19-year-old dead and sent a 40-year-old man to the hospital. Troopers from the WSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of County Road A and State Road 47 just outside Black Creek in Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
Police officers from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified 19-year-old man was killed and a 40-year-old man was injured when the box truck they were in was allegedly struck by a box truck at the intersection of County Road A and State Road 47.
