On or about Thursday, September 2nd, 2021, around 7:00 in the evening, an accident between a car and a tow truck claimed the life of a 27-year-old man. Troopers from the WSP said the accident occurred at the intersection of Southwest 320th Street and 43rd Place Southwest in Federal Way, Washington.
Deputies from the King County Sheriff’s Department said one as-of-yet unidentified 27-year-old man was killed when his car was allegedly struck by a tow truck that turned into his path at the intersection of 43rd Place Southwest and Southwest 320th Street. Paramedics pronounced the driver of the car dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident. The driver of the tow truck was unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of SW 320th Street at 43rd Place SW is on the east side of Federal Way, which is about 23 miles south of downtown Seattle.
Police are still examining the cause of the collision.
