One person was seriously injured after striking a barricade and then colliding with a tractor-trailer, becoming wedged underneath it. The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the crash occurred shortly before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024. The tractor-trailer jackknifed after the collision, blocking multiple lanes of traffic and causing major delays. The cause of the accident is currently being investigated.
