Neil Plummer was killed and Riena Smith seriously injured when a pickup truck collided with a Cintas van on I-376 in Neshannock Township, PA, on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. The Pennsylvania State Police report the accident occurred when Smith lost control of her pickup and allegedly crossed the center median and crashed into the van being driven by Plummer. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
