Paul Moore was killed after being struck by a semi-truck being driven by Raj Kumar on Highway 26 near Ripon, WI. The northbound semi-truck reportedly crossed the center line, traveling into the southbound lane where it collided with the van Moore was driving. Wisconsin State Patrol is currently investigating the accident.
