On or about Thursday, May 20th, 2021, around 5:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a bus and a trolley sent seventeen people to the hospital. Authorities from the area said the accident happened along Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Investigators said 17 as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a truck allegedly struck the back of a trolley on Front Beach Road. Paramedics transported seventeen people from the scene to the hospital with unknown injuries stemming from the accident. Officials did not say if anyone from the truck was injured in the accident.
According to Google Maps, Front Beach Road runs north and south along the coastal waters in Panama City Beach.
Police are still investigating.
