Details:
On or about Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, around 8:19 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer, a heavy duty truck, and a pickup truck left a 43-year-old man dead and sent two others to the hospital. Officials from the ISP said the accident was reported along Highway 93 in Twin Falls County, Idaho.
Police said 43-year-old Thomas Withers was killed and two others were injured when a GMC Sierra pickup truck allegedly failed to yield at an intersection along Highway 93 when it collided with a tractor-trailer. After the initial collision, the Sierra pickup truck was pushed into a nearby Ford F-450 heavy-duty pickup truck. WIthers was a passenger in the Sierra, and was pronounced dead a short time after the collision. The driver of the Sierra and the driver of the tractor-trailer were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, Highway 93 runs north and south into the center of Twin Falls, which is situated on the north side of Twin Falls County.
Police are still investigating.
