Allan Joseph Cline, a 45-year-old man from Everett, WA, was arrested on November 25, 2024, following an accident on Sprague Avenue near the State Road 16 ramp. Cline, heading south, crossed the center of the road and rolled the truck onto its side. According the authorities the tanker truck crashed on top of the Toyota Corolla and Toyota Prius, sending both drivers to the hospital, one with a fractured neck and skull, one with fractured ribs.
Cline was arrested at the scene for driving under the influence, with a reported blood alcohol content of .398.
