Details:
On or about Friday, April 2nd, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer, a dump truck and an SUV sent three people to the hospital. Troopers from the MSHP said the accident happened on the westbound side of Highway 36 in Macon, Missouri.
Investigators said a tractor-trailer driven by 59-year-old Danny Baker allegedly struck the back of a dump truck driven by 60-year-old Randall Allspach. The dump truck was subsequently pushed into a nearby SUV driven by 71-year-old Linda Flashpohler. Paramedics transported Baker, Allspach, and Flashpohler were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about two miles east of Macon, which is about 147 miles northeast of Kansas City.
Multiple agencies are investigating the accident.
