Details:
On or about Wednesday, June 16th, 2021, around 3:30 in the afternoon, an accident between two cars and a semi truck sent two individuals to the hospital. Officials from the ASP said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 near the exchange with Estrella Parkway in Goodyear, Arizona.
Investigators said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a tractor-trailer and two others cars collided when one of the cars and the truck collided, causing the truck to flip into the path of the second car. Paramedics transported the victims to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 10 runs east and west along the northern edge of Goodyear, which is about 19 miles east of downtown Phoenix.
Police are still investigating the accident.
