Two people were killed and another injured after the driver of an SUV lost control of the vehicle, struck a curb, flipped over and then collided with a tree. The Houston Police Department reports that the accident occurred shortly after 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2024. The surviving passenger told officers they were returning from a party and had been drinking. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
