On or about Thursday, March 25th, 2021, around 6:30 in the evening, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer left a 28-year-old man dead. Deputies from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported in the 9000 block of Tuscany Way in Austin, Texas.
Local law enforcement personnel said 28-year-old Armando Garcia-Sanchez was killed when the Honda Pilot he was driving and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified conditions. Paramedics pronounced Garcia-Sanchez dead of his injuries at the scene of the collision. The driver of the tractor-trailer was unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated on the northwest side of Austin.
Police are still working to pin down the cause of the accident at this time.
