On or about Sunday, May 22nd, 2022, around 2:19 in the morning, a major accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer left a 30-year-old woman dead and sent a 25-year-old man to the hospital. Troopers from the ASP said the accident was reported along Interstate 30 in Bryant, Arkansas.
Spokespeople from the Arkansas State Police said 30-year-old Brittany Watson was killed when the SUV she was driving allegedly hit a tractor-trailer head-on while driving the wrong direction on I-30. Emergency responders pronounced Watson dead of her injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the 124 mile marker.
