Carl Gregory Miller was killed in a head-on collision with a semi-truck on Highway 138W, near mile marker 6, in Douglas County, OR. Authorities from the Oregon State Police report the crash occurred around 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The Ford Escape burst into flames immediately after the collision, but bystanders were able to remove Miller from the vehicle, which had reportedly drifted over the center line prior to the crash.
