Details:
On or about Wednesday, January 19th, 2022, around 11:00 at night, a major single-vehicle car accident left a 40-year-old man from Howe dead. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Highway 75 in Sherman, Texas.
Texas DPS officials said 40-year-old Charles Timmons was killed when the car he was in allegedly veered off the side of the roadway and rolled as after he took the exit for Farm-to-Market Road 902. Paramedics pronounced Simmons dead of her injuries a short time after the collision. Authorities did not mention any other vehicles in their report on the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 65 miles north of downtown Dallas.
Police are still trying to pin down the factors behind the crash.
