On or about Saturday, June 25th, 2022, around 11:18 at night, a serious single-vehicle motorcycle accident left a 27-year-old man dead. Authorities from the area said the accident was reported along East 4th Street in Big Spring, Texas.
Spokespeople from the Texas Department of Public Safety said 27-year-old Christopher Holmes was killed when the motorcycle he was on allegedly veered off the side of East 4th Street and hit a curb before it crashed. Paramedics pronounced Holmes dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their report on the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is located in the 1500 block of East 4th Street.
Authorities are still looking into the crash.
