Details:

Cynthia Hernandez was killed and another person seriously injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 20, near Mountain Creek Parkway, in Dallas County, TX. Deputies from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office say the crash occurred around 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
