Details:
On or about Friday, January 14th, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer, three other vehicles, and a hardware store sent five individuals to the hospital. Officers from the JPD said the accident was reported at the Ace Hardware at Cahoon Road and West Beaver in Jacksonville, Florida.
Local law enforcement representatives said Dennis Bennett, Keith Bennett, and three other people were injured when a tractor-trailer and three other vehicles collided under unspecified conditions. After the initial collision, the tractor-trailer veered off the side of the roadway and crashed into an Ace Hardware storefront a short distance off the pavement. Two occupants in the store, identified as Dennis Bennett and Keith Bennett, were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries along with three other people. Officials did not specify if those people were in the store or in a vehicle at the time of the incident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Cahoon Road and West Beaver is on the west side of Jacksonville.
