On or about Saturday, October 24th, 2020, around 7:37 in the evening, a tractor-trailer hit-and-run left a 21-year-old motorcyclist dead. The accident happened at the intersection of Webster Street and Timber Lane in Harrison Township, Ohio.
Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department said that 21-year-old Dustin Miller was killed when the motorcycle he was operating was allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer that fled the scene of the accident. Miller died of his injuries at the scene of the accidnet.
Police later found the tractor-trailer abandoned.
The exchange of Webster and Timber Lane is a T intersection according to Google Streetview. Webster and Timber are both two lanes, and only Timber has a stop sign. Harrison Township is situated just a few miles north of Dayton.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
