On or about Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, around 4:12 in the afternoon, a major two-vehicle car accident left a 68-year-old man dead. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Highway 329 in Crane County, Texas.
Authorities from the Texas DPS said 68-year-old Ebrahim Erfanian was killed when the vehicle he was in was allegedly hit by another car while he was stopped or parked on the shoulder of Highway 329. Emergency responders pronounced Erfanian dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, Highway 329 cuts east and west through Crane County.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
