32-Year-Old Joshua Meredith was killed after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver at Arch Street and Bailey Road in Landmark, AR. Troopers with the Arkansas State Police say the incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025. Authorities believe Traci Caldwell was the driver responsible, and she was arrested on April 9 and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
