Details:
On or about Saturday, February 12th, 2022, around 1:25 in the morning, a major single-vehicle rollover accident left one man dead and sent three others to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Upper Leggett Road in Polk County, Texas.
Texas DPS spokespeople said 23-year-old Latorian King was killed, while 25-year-old Jaquavious Nickson, 21-year-old Tarius Martin, and 19-year-old Jaelin Washington were injured when the pickup truck they were in allegedly drove off the side of Upper Leggett Road and rolled. Paramedics pronounced King dead after the accident, while the driver, Martin, and passengers Washington and Nickson were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, Polk County is about 82 miles northeast of Houston.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
