On or about Friday, June 25th, 2021, around 3:39 in the afternoon, an accident between a dump truck and a tractor-trailer sent a man and woman to the hospital. Officials said the accident was reported at the intersection of 3800 East and 3200 North just outside Hansen in Twin Falls County, Idaho.
Police said 51-year-old Mark Craner and 47-year-old Maria King were injured when the dump truck they were in was allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer that allegedly failed to yield at the intersection of 3800 East and 3200 North. Emergency responders rushed Craner and King to the hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident. Authorities identified the driver of the tractor-trailer as Norman Baldwin, who was unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of 3800 East and 3200 North is a short distance south of Hansen, which is about 10 miles outside Twin Falls.
State and local law enforcement agencies are still investigating the accident.
