On or about Friday, March 25th, 2022, around 2:18 in the afternoon, an accident between a box truck and a motorcycle sent one individual to the hospital. Representatives from the PPD said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 at the exchange with 48th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
Officers from the Phoenix Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the motorcycle they were on and a box truck collided under unspecified circumstances along I-10. After the initial accident, the motorcycle burst into flames, severely burning the motorcyclist. Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the southeast side of Phoenix.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
