On or about Monday, May 23rd, 2022, around 7:52 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle sent one individual to the hospital. Spokespeople from the NYSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Macedon Center and Walworth Road in Macedon, New York.
Authorities from the New York State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly failed to yield at the intersection of Macedon Center and Walworth Road and struck a passenger vehicle. Emergency responders airlifted one individual in the car to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
Police have since cited the driver of the tractor-trailer with failure to yield in connection with the crash.
