On or about Saturday, January 2nd, 2021, around 9:00 in the morning, an accident between a dump truck and a car left a 21-year-old Kendall Park man dead. Investigators said the accident happened at the intersection of Route 1 and Harrison Street in West Windsor, New Jersey.
Officers said an as-of-yet unidentified 21-year-old man was killed when his northbound car allegedly struck a westbound dump truck. Police indicated the dump truck may have had the green light at the time of the collision. First responders pronounced the driver of the car dead of his injuries at the scene of the collision. The driver of the dump truck was reportedly uninjured in the crash.
Looking at the scene of the accident on Google Maps shows an intersection situated just north of Trenton. The intersection is controlled by a stoplight.
Multiple agencies are investigating the accident.
