On or about Thursday, March 31st, 2022, around 7:14 in the evening, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle left one individual dead. Deputies from the Travis County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported in the 8600 block of South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas.
Officers from the Austin Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the motorcycle they were on and a passenger vehicle collided under unspecified circumstances along South Congress Ave. Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead of their injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the south side of Austin.
Police are still investigating the accident.
