On or about Thursday, June 17th, 2021, around 1:30 in the morning, an accident between a car and an ambulance left one person dead and sent three others to the hospital. Troopers from the NYSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of North Goodman Street and Central Park in Rochester, New York.
Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office said one person was killed and three others were injured when an ambulance on the way to an emergency call and a car collided under unspecified circumstances at the intersection of Central Park and North Goodman Street. Paramedics pronounced one person in the car dead, while three other people were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of North Goodman Street and Central Park is on the northwest side of Rochester.
Police are still investigating the accident.
