Details:
On or about Thursday, January 26th, 2022, around 4:50 in the evening, an accident between a pedestrian and a train left one individual dead. Deputies from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along a railroad bridge near Loop 820 and Cravens Road in Fort Worth, Texas.
Investigators from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by a passing train as they were walking along or across the tracks. Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the east side of Fort Worth.
Police are still investigating the incident.
