Details:
On or about Wednesday, October 11th, 2020, around 11:00 in the morning, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer sent two women to the hospital. Missouri State Highway Patrol said the accident happened along Route V in Barton County, Missouri.
Investigators said 70-year-old Patricia Baker and 56-year-old Cynthia Deaton were injured when their car was allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer that pulled out of a driveway. Both Deaton and Baker were taken to Cox Barton County Hospital to be treated for unspecified injuries.
Police identified the driver of the tractor-trailer as 59-year-old Michael D. Harris, who did not report injuries after the accident.
Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office assisted State Troopers at the scene of the accident.
