    Details:

    On or about Tuesday, January 5th, 2021, around 7:40 in the morning, an accident between a pickup truck and a utility truck left two people dead and sent three others to the hospital. Deputies from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened along Route 48 near the intersection with Fessler-Buxton Road in Loramie Township, Ohio.

    Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said 37-year-old Sean Brown, 37-year-old Angela Foster, 15-year-old Haley Worden, and 10-year-old Alexandria Foster were in a Toyota Tundra that allegedly collided head-on with a utility truck driven by 51-year-old Chris Tebbe when one of them crossed over the center line of Route 48. Brown and Worden died of their injuries after the accident, while Alexandria and Angela Foster were taken to the hospital along with Tebbe.

    Photos from the scene show the road may have been slick and icy at the time of the accident. Loramie Township is located about 38 miles north of Dayton, according to Google Maps.

    Police hope to release more information at a later date.
