On or about Tuesday, November 9th, 2021, around 2:30 in the afternoon, a major school bus accident sent a driver and two children to the hospital. Local law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported at the intersection of Mountain Laurel Road and Stroll Rock Common in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Officials said an as-of-yet unidentified school bus driver and two students were injured when the bus allegedly crashed off the side of the road at or near the intersection of Mountain Laurel Road and Stroll Rock Common. After the initial accident, the school bus caught fire. Paramedics treated the driver and two students for unspecified injuries following the accident.
