On or about Monday, October 11th, 2021, around 2:00 in the morning, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer left three people injured. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the westbound side of Interstate 10 near the exchange with UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio, Texas.
Authorities said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly crushed the SUV they were in against a barrier wall of Interstate 10. Emergency responders cut two people from the SUV and transported one of them to the hospital. Two other people were treated at the scene with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated on the north side of San Antonio.
Police are still investigating.
