Three people were injured after in a multi-vehicle crash involving a tow truck on Bergen Boulevard in Fairview, NJ. Officers from the Fairview Police Department report the accident took place around 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
According to police a tow truck was reportedly speeding while driving north along Bergen Boulevard and failed to notice a red light. It collided with a Honda Odyssey, with the impact then sending the van into a Volkswagen Tiguan ahead of it, which then crashed into a Honda Civic stopped at the light. The driver and a passenger in the Odyssey, as well as the driver of the Volkswagen were treated for minor injuries. Investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
