Tina Tague was killed and six people – including five students – injured when a Wabash School Bus collided with a pickup truck on US Highway 49 and CR-700 in Wabash County, IN. According to Indiana State Police, the accident took place around 2:00 p.m. on March 10, 2025.
The driver of the school bus, a 69-year-old man from Wabash, collided with the Dodge pickup while reportedly trying to cross Highway 49. Tague and her passenger were airlifted to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead, while the passenger is in stable condition. One student received serious injuries, while the other four had minor. Authorities report the investigation into the cause of the accident is currently underway.
