Details:
On or about Monday, November 23rd, 2020, a single-vehicle accident involving a delivery truck left two men injured. Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened on New Gottengen Road in Salesville, Ohio.
Police said two as-of-yet unidentified men were injured when the delivery truck they were in allegedly veered off the side of the road. The truck then collided with a tree a short distance off the pavement. Both occupants of the truck were taken to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries. Officers did not clarify why the truck may have left the road.
Google Maps shows New Gottengen Road runs east and west through a rural area, which is nestled about 95 miles east of Columbus.
Ohio State Highway Patrol are assisting in the investigation.
