On or about Monday, November 2nd, 2020, around 7:30 in the morning, a single-vehicle school bus accident sent two students to the hospital. State Police said the accident happened near Murphy and Strong Roads in Tully, New York.
Authorities said two as-of-yet unidentified students were injured when the Tully Central School District bus they were on allegedly skidded off the side of the road and crashed into an embankment. Two students were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Police noted that the road conditions were “hazardous” at the time of the crash.
Tully is located roughly 18 miles south of Syracuse.
Representatives from multiple agencies responded to the scene of the accident.
